Shipping Times & Tracking

Once your order is beautifully packaged and on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email complete with a tracking number to monitor its journey:

Customs & Import Duties

We are delighted to welcome international orders from select destinations. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Mail

While we take the utmost care in packing your orders, the transit process is managed by third-party carriers. We cannot be held liable for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. Should this occur, please contact the courier service directly to initiate a claim.

Double-Check Your Address

Please take a moment to carefully review your shipping address before finalizing your order. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for parcels delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
